Please be advised that Amanda Simon will be on vacation March 21st to March 25th, 2022, inclusively.
Lands (transfers), Estates, and CCP questions can be addressed to Paige O’brien during my absence.
Last will and testaments, living wills, mandates and affidavits will resume upon my return.
Membership Appointments will resume upon my return.
For membership appointments (scis renewals or new registrations) please call Amanda Simon or Paige O’Brien to set up an appointment. Membership appointments will be taken on Wednesdays with exceptions.
For a renewal appointment please ensure you have the following with you at your appointment:
Two passport sized photos
Drivers License (or other identification which confirms your mailing address
Medical card (or valid scis card)
For new registrations please ensure you have the following with you for your appointment:
Original Civil Status birth certificate
Driver’s license (of registering parent – parent who is already of member of Kanehsatake with a band number)
Medical Card (of registering parent) (or valid scis card)
Both parents listed on the original birth certificate must be present to sign the application.
Two passport sized photos (if possible)
